My Journey
To the woman I was…
and to those I want to support today.
These two photos are not just a "before/after." They tell a story.
On the left, a woman struggling deeply with her weight, her body, her image — and especially with herself. A woman who intimately knew the burden of judgment, the fatigue of diets, the silent shame of not recognizing herself in the mirror.
On the right, that same woman. Transformed. But who has never forgotten where she came from.
“I don’t want to be ashamed of who I was.
On the contrary — I want to thank her.”
Because it's thanks to her that I now understand what weight, complexes, doubts, failures, others' opinions… and the fear of never succeeding truly represent.
Because behind a number on the scale, there is always a person, a story, wounds that others don't see.
Why I became a nutrition coach
I chose this profession because I was that person. Because I know how lonely and exhausting this journey can be.
And because I also know that after bariatric surgery, the battle doesn't end in the operating room. There's a whole world to rebuild: one's diet, habits, relationship with one's body, self-image, self-confidence.
You should never go through all of that alone.
If my journey can help someone say:
“She lived it. She understands. Maybe I can do it too.”
…then this entire journey will have even more meaning. ❤️
I'm not here to promise you a transformation in a few weeks. I'm not here to sell you a dream.
I'm here because I know the way. And because I deeply believe that we progress better when we are surrounded, supported, and truly heard.
To all those who are still at the beginning
Don't hate your "former self." Don't hide her. Don't deny her.
That person deserves kindness. Because without her… you wouldn't be becoming the person you dream of being. ❤️
We are all beautiful, in our own way.
It's not our bodies that are ugly…
it's the world that taught us to look at them with shame.
You don't have to go it alone.
